Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on item size, destination, and best delivery rate.
Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on total package weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Orders over $50 may qualify for free shipping (when available).

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Harrison House Co ships only within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Harrison House Co is not responsible for shipping delays, address errors, or lost parcels.
If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist if possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Hello@HarrisonHouse.Co within 14 days of delivery with photos. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
